Representation in court
Representation in a court is one of basic types of our activity and contains a few stages first from which is an estimation of situation on the basis of the given documents and client's explanations for making of strategy in a case. Then we collect proofs, prepare a lawsuit, review or other documents and proceed them. The finishing stage of representation in a court is the personal participating of our lawyers in the judicial session till the court makes its decision in particular case.
The cost of representation in a court comes into question separately in every individual case and does not include charges on execution a notarial warrant, and also charges on payment of state duty and charges on the informative-technical providing of trial (ITP).
