For the economy of your time our Company will work out the project of announcing the pre-arranged purchase (open auction, query of price suggestions, purchase from one participant, two-stage auction, previous qualification), agreeably to the requirements of Law, and will place this announcement in the shortest possible terms (during one working day) to the edition Announcer of the public purchasing and if necessary to the International edition whereupon we will report to you the entrance number of this announcement that is appropriated to it by the edition Announcer of state purchasing.

We will develop the projects of all necessary documents for the leadthrough of any purchase procedure (documentatoin of competitive auctions, protocol of opening and protocol of estimation of suggestions, announcements, instruction on the query of price suggestions, protocol of rejection, registers, letters, reports, grounds of purchase from one participant, reports on realization of procedure of purchase and other documents in accordance with the requirements of Law).

We will place all necessary documents on the portal of the public purchasing in set by Law terms.

After opening and determination of auction's winner we will develop a report about acceptance and announcing results of auctions and we will also give them on the same terms as announcing the planned purchase to the editions Announcer of the public purchasing and proper International editions.

Our Company takes duty to send by fax or per mail all printed pages from the veb-portal of the public purchasing where your announcements were placed and also notarized pages from a printing magazine «Announcer of the public purchasing» where your announcements were published.

Collaboration with us will help the members of committee on competitive auctions to be informed on any questions that relate to the public purchasing and to execute all requirements foreseen by a legislation about the public purchasing, to adhere to all terms, avoid violations of legislation from a carelessness or ignorance of any norm of Law, to avoid responsibility and high fines for violation of legislation in the field of the public purchasing

In case of receipt of complaints from the participants of purchase procedure to your committee about competitive auctions on procedure which is conducted the highly skilled lawyers of our Company will give exhaustive consultation on appealed questions in the shortest terms and will make the reasoned answer for a complaint and in the case of necessity will carry out defence of rights and protected by law interests of your enterprise in all courts of Ukraine.

Unlike other organizations that render analogical services our Company foresees the fixed cost of services in an agreement (1 % from the expected cost of purchase that can be changed only sideways of diminishing in case of purchase of commodities, works and services for state facilities by the expected cost over 1 000 000 hrn).

In case of purchase of commodities and services of social orientation, payment of services can be set in size of 0,5 % from the expected cost of the article of purchase.

Note that only the winner of an open tender should cover expences. Customer carries no charges!
